These terms and conditions apply to the ZenNote app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by ZenNote Studio (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. By downloading or utilizing the Application, you automatically agree to these terms.
1. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider. You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
2. Service Conditions & Payments
- Freemium Model: The Application offers basic features for free, with "Premium" features available for a one-time purchase.
- Payments: All transactions are handled by the Google Play Store via RevenueCat. The Service Provider is not responsible for payment processing errors or refund management, which are subject to Google Play's policies.
- Changes: The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or its pricing at any time.
3. Data & Backup Responsibility
- Google Drive: The Application provides a backup feature using your personal Google Drive account. The Service Provider does not manage or have access to your backup files.
Data Loss:
You are solely responsible for maintaining your Google account and ensuring your notes are backed up. The Service Provider is not liable for any data loss resulting from:
- Manual deletion of files from Google Drive by the user.
- Loss of access to your Google account.
- Technical failures of Google's cloud services.
Security:
It is your responsibility to keep your device secure. We advise against "rooting" or "jailbreaking" your phone, as it may compromise security and app functionality.

The Application is provided "AS IS". While we strive for 100% accuracy and stability, the Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss (including loss of data or notes) resulting from the use of the Application.

The Service Provider may update the Application to ensure compatibility with new OS versions. The Service Provider may terminate the Application's availability at any time without prior notice.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
